How to change a wheel:

Wheel Parts needed:

A: Single Wheel
B: Abec 5 Bearing (Part below (A) but not listed is the central spacer which sits between the 2 bearings.)
C: Wheel Caster spacer.
D: Wheel Screw to fit to the Axel not shown.

1. Remove the Axel screw then pull the axel out of the caster, all the parts will now drop out of the caster.
2. Assemble the wheel first, push 1 bearing into the wheel by placing the bearing on a flat hard surface and pushing the wheel on top until the bearing is firmly in place.
3. Put another bearing on the flat surface with the central spacer placed on top of the bearing then turn the wheel over and push these into position on the other side. The wheel is now ready.
4. Place a caster spacer with the ridge against the wheel / bearing and push the axel through then place the other caster spacer the other side of the wheel. Once the axel is in position with a spacer either side of the wheel attach the screw to the axel and tighten. Repeat this if necessary to the other wheel and then the board is ready to ride.

How to change a caster:

1. Remove the deck plate screws, 4 at the front and 5 on the back, from the under side of the board.
2. Push a flat head screw driver through the face plate removal holes and gently unclip and push the deck plate of the board.
3. Turn the board over and the single nut will be visible. Remove this nut with a 24mm socket set and the caster is now free to remove from the board.
4. Place another caster in place and tighten again using the 24mm socket.
5. Replace the deck plate and fasten screws and the board is ready to ride.

How to change Deck Plates:

1. Remove the deck plate screws, 4 at the front and 5 on the back, from the under side of the board.
2. Push a flat head screw driver through the face plate removal holes and gently unclip and push the deck plate of the board.
3. Place the new deck plates with end first and then clip in to place. Turn the board back over and fasten screws, the board is ready to ride.
