Whilst every effort is made to ensure exact colour matches from website pictures to the delivery garment, there is always a chance might not be exact match. We shall endeavour to make them as close as possible at all times.
On receipt of an order an email will be sent to you confirming the details of the said order.
In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil an order, the buyer will be notified and a refund will be issued.
Whilst we try to hold all items in stock, in the event of an item being out of stock, items may take up to 4 weeks to fulfil. We will notify the buyer of the expected delivery date. (Some items are made to order and these items will be clearly marked as such).
The seller is not liable for any typographical errors in the advertising of the products, and we reserve the right to change description without notification.
We reserve the right to refuse a transaction from this website due to a) the product being unavailable, b) the inability to obtain authorisation for payment or c) if there is a pricing or identification error.
No claim will be allowed if the buyer has worn or used the item. When trying on a corset, please do so over a t shirt. The seller will carefully inspect every product prior to despatch.
