Orders will be shipped via Interlink recorded delivery unless specific arrangements have been made prior to order completion.
Please allow up to 3-4 days for delivery of your items. Any items that have been despatched are subject to the delivery times and delays of the carrier and are of no responsibility of StreetSurfing.
Delivery charges are calculated as follows:
- Orders up to £19.99: Delivery charge will be £2.95
- Orders from £20.00 to £49.99: Delivery charge will be £4.95
- All orders over £50: Free Delivery
Returns / Refund Policy
Sales from this website are made in good faith and without prejudice by StreetSurfing and only apply to any one individual purchaser of our products.
All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer unless goods supplied were shown to be faulty. In the case of faulty products the cost is borne by the seller.
When returning goods, this must be within 7 days, the buyer must inform the supplier prior to despatching the said goods.
Returned goods must be sent requiring a signature from the seller to confirm receipt, as ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time.
